Welcome to Local Beloit: Buy & Sell. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain your rights and responsibilities when using this website and its services. By accessing or using localbeloit.com you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Local Beloit: Buy & Sell is a community-run site for listing items for sale in Beloit, Wisconsin. The site is operated by volunteers and is not a professional sales platform or marketplace operator.

3. Listings and user content

• Listings, photos, and messages are posted by users. We do not review or endorse every listing.

• You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Local Beloit: Buy & Sell a license to display it on the site.
